Our client is a leading UK law firm who seek to recruit an Associate to join their existing Employment team in Birmingham.

Firm/ Team:

- Chambers and Legal 500 ranked - Top Tier

• 5 Partners in Birmingham
• Particular expertise in advising commercial clients nationally on a wide range of varied employment and HR related issues.
• The team have a lot of experience in tackling complex grievance and disciplinary processes, defending Employment Tribunal proceedings, TUPE, exiting senior executives, reorganisations and redundancy (including collective consultation), discrimination and trade union disputes.

Candidate Requirements:

- 1 to 3 years PQE gained at a reputable firm

• Experienced in handling Employment matters
• Ideally representing the Respondent
• Contentious or Non Contentious experience welcome
• Keen to get involved in business development

Salary/ Package:

- £60,000 to £65,000

• Competitive bonus structure
• Comprehensive benefits package
