Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for the fast-paced world of Equity Capital Markets (ECM)?
Our Client, a leading New York law firm with a prominent London office, seeks a talented and ambitious 1-3 year ECM associate to join our renowned team.
About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will play a vital part in supporting our ECM team on a broad range of high-profile transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
Drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents, such as underwriting agreements, purchase agreements, and subscription agreements.
Conducting comprehensive due diligence investigations to ensure smooth deal execution.
Assisting with regulatory compliance matters and communications with stock exchanges.
Managing your workload effectively and meeting tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
Contributing to client meetings, presentations, and calls, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About You:
Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1-3 years of PQE in Equity Capital Markets or a related field.
A strong academic background from a top university.
A proven ability to handle complex legal matters with accuracy and efficiency.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
A collaborative and results-oriented team player with a strong work ethic.
Experience in a fast-paced, international law firm environment a plus.
