Key Responsibilities:

• Offer expert financial advice to clients on a wide range of areas, including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax efficiency, and estate planning.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
• Conduct detailed financial assessments to understand clients' goals, risk profiles, and long-term objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of junior financial advisors, ensuring a high level of performance and professionalism.
• Drive new business development through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to potential clients.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, regulations, and market changes to provide accurate and relevant advice.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets to contribute to organisations growth and success.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Current experience as a Financial Advisor, with a proven track record of success in delivering tailored financial advice.
• Experience in leading/supervising/managing a team providing guidance, training, and fostering a positive team culture.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ethical and client-first approach to financial planning.
