Head of Marine - North America

Job description

Head of Marine for North America, joining not only one of the industry's most favourite marine insurance brokers in London, but a firm who have recently secured investment to grow 10x their current size, meaning it's a real opportunistic time to consider joining.

You'll have all the tools and investment behind you to make you successful, but without the immediate return on investment high pressures some of the private equity investors places on Brokers.

Having an already established marine team focussing on supporting Brokers across Europe, Asia, Australasia and South America, this business are looking to offer an entrepreneurial marine producer/leader a superb platform to build out the North American team.

Working hybrid from home/in the office, you will lead from the front as an integral part of the senior management team, whilst you execute growth strategies which will involve exploiting opportunities via existing networks.

You'll have expertise across any of the following areas: marine hull and machinery, marine liability, P&I or fine art/specie and have the ability or desire to build out a highly successful team.
