What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing efficient and high-quality administrative support to financial planners.
- Managing and maintaining accurate client records while ensuring compliance.
- Preparing reports, valuations, and essential documentation for client meetings.
- Liaising with clients, providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assisting with new business processing and ongoing client relationship management.
- Staying up to date with regulatory requirements and supporting compliance procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in financial services administration (Wealth Management, IFA, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
- A confident communicator, able to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
