Are you an experienced financial administrator looking for a new challenge in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment?
We're looking for Wealth Administrators to join a growing team in Meriden, supporting financial advisers with essential administrative tasks. What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing review packs, valuations, and reports to support client meetings
- Handling client queries and ensuring a seamless client experience
- Processing new business submissions and investment rebalances
- Liaising with advisers, paraplanners, and providers to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining accurate client records using back-office systems (experience with Intelligent Office (IO) is a plus but not essential)
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in financial administration
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A driver's license is required due to office location
