A global marine energy company is seeking a 1-4 PQE Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join the team in London.

Prior experience in the energy sector is highly favourable.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, PCGs, sale and purchase agreements and storage agreements.
• Advise on corporate/regulatory matters connected to marine energy commodities.
• Advise on Corporate Governance, group structuring.
• Corporate transactional matters, JVs, M&A.

Qualifications

This position will suit a 1-4 PQE Corporate Lawyer who is interested in making the move in-house and adding Commercial matters to their skill set. Prior experience advising an international energy/commodities business would be advantageous. Fluency in Spanish would be beneficial, but is not compulsory.
