Our client's leading Medical Negligence team is looking for a highly skilled and experienced litigator to join its specialist team.

You will ideally be 8 years PQE + with experience of dealing with complex cases involving medical negligence, personal injury and strong advocacy matters. You will have experience of appearing in court, instructing counsel and you will progress court proceedings in both ASPIC and Court of Session. The caseload is a mixture of the pursuer and defender claims.

You would have the opportunity to act on behalf of a wide range of clients including individuals and clients from leading healthcare professional bodies.
