The role will focus on underwriting for complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions and providing coverage positions for warranty and indemnity insurance being procured by Brokers on behalf of buyers and sellers.

The role would suit a Corporate Lawyer from a branded law firm interested in moving into a business-driven role where he or she will have control of the deal process with the autonomy to make decisions and leverage M&A / legal experience in a commercial role.
