Due to the close international connections this insurance disputes firm has overseas, the appointment of a Marine or Shipping Partner will bring together their international networks.

You can be based in London or Leeds, with hybrid working.

If you are:

• Partner or Aspiring Partner - with a specialism in Marine or Shipping Litigation
• A keen networker, and with a business network of your own and contacts that you can leverage
• Looking to join an entrepreneurial practice, where you'll have autonomy to build a Marine or Shipping practice, with the support of a top class network both domestically and internationally

The remuneration on offer to Partners is a scheme that allows you to chose what you earn monthly, based around your projected team income, with a base drawings.
