Non-Contentious Restructuring Legal Director / Partner

This major law firm seeks to appoint a Legal Director to join their market leading restructuring, corporate recovery and insolvency team.

Applications we invited from senior lawyers looking for a step into a Director level role, or you may perhaps already be a Legal Director and looking for a better platform for partnership and/or the chance to develop your experiences in an authentic and entrepreneurial firm.

You'll have had exposure to broad ranging matters relating to corporate recovery, corporate insolvency, distressed lending, restructuring, company liquidation and administration as well as property related issues. Supporting company directors, business owners and equity holders and companies dealing with financial issues, you'll work with insolvency practitioners, asset based lenders, banks and administrators to provide bespoke, commercial solutions including advising on the acquisition or disposal of distressed companies and other corporate transactions and encompassing all manner of non-contentious insolvency related matters. The team is also able to provide expert contentious advice, working on complex insolvency related litigation matters.

You will have gained experience working in another recognised restructuring and insolvency practice and you may already be based in the Midlands or seeking a move to the region from London or another regional centre.
