I am currently looking for Operations Technicians based in London & Surrey who have experience for operations within a Lloyds Syndicate:

You must have Lloyds Insurance experience:

  • Ability to develop effective working relationships across the company
  • Customer-centric approach with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to support change
  • Adept at working within fast-changing business environments and flexible to the changing business requirements
  • Highly motivated, capable of independent work and comfortable in a collaborative working environment
  • Detail-focused with a high degree of accuracy in work
  • IT literate with a solid proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience of supporting staff recruitment, selection, on-boarding, and development
  • Has started and is progressing well with their professional insurance qualifications
