Paralegal - Personal Injury

Job description

A leading law firm is seeking a Paralegal to support its Personal Injury team in Edinburgh. This role involves investigating cases at the pre-litigation stage, gathering evidence, and assisting senior fee earners in case preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess claim validity through research and evidence collection.
  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, and case summaries.
  • Liaise with clients and key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2 years' experience as a paralegal, ideally in litigation.
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of pre-litigation and litigation processes (experience in Personal Injury is a plus).
