This is a very exciting opportunity for a Planning Solicitor to join a thriving commercial property offering and Top 200 UK Law firm. You will be the first Planning Solicitor in this firm, and are offered an opportunity to build a practice from grass roots.

The firm is a Top 200 UK law firm with a number of regional offices, and a top reputation across East Anglia and Essex. Due to an increase in the need for planning advice from the real estate client base, this firm are keen to recruit a senior planning solicitor in order to keep the advice inhouse. You'll have lots of work to start off, plus the opportunity to develop this further and then lead the planning team regionally.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Over 5 years PQE, or at a level where they can work unsupervised
• Experienced in Planning law matters and all aspects of planning law
• East Anglia or Essex based
• A good communicator, and able to internally network
