Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities:

• Advising and assisting clients on making wills, administering estates, and all related matters
• Preparation of documents and conduct of files
• Advising clients on general non-complex matters

Experience Required:

• 2PQE+
• Dealing with Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning
• Probate and Administration of Estates
• Powers of Attorney/Deputyships
• Advising the Clients
