Job description

Are you an established sales producer looking to join a leading insurance broker, with a collaborative and supportive culture, where you can influence the future of workplaces?

In this position, you'll assist clients of varying sizes and industries in building better workplaces, playing a crucial role in driving positive change and helping clients create environments where employees can thrive.

Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business revenue through sales to both new and existing clients;

  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities through networking, cold-calling and referrals
    • Sell and consult on a range of insurance products
  • Develop a pipeline of business opportunities with both new clients
  • Develop existing client accounts and cross-sell additional products and services where possible
  • Present consultative offerings during meetings to strengthen client relationships
  • Provide market insight and demonstrate technical expertise to clients
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and legislative changes which may impact them
  • Work in collaboration with other producers and support staff
  • Develop and maintain interdepartmental relationships

Competitive salary based on experience and production figures + commission structure.
