IDEX Consulting are working with a multi award winning trustee firm. My client is offering an opportunity to join their professional firm and be part of their client centric culture.

You will be expected to work with their lead Professional Trustees on a range of trusteeship appointments and develop your supporting trustee team.

You will have proven project management and organisation skills as well as evidence of building and managing relationship skills. You will have the capability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues across their multi-site business, to ensure timely and high quality delivery to their clients.

Responsibilities:

• You will support and consult for the Trusteeship team
• Working with Lead Professional Trustee and resolving issues
• Review and monitor budge and ensure recovery
• Check supplier bills and oversee payments
• Provide training and mentoring to the team Oversee and update key scheme compliance and governance documentation
• Working with a broad range of tasks and services

Desired:

• Client management
• Proven track record of delivering in management roles
• Strong Industry background
• Knowledge and experience of the Pension Protection Fund (PPF), Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) and The Pensions Regulator (TPR) guidance
