Property Litigation Associate / Senior Associate
Job description
This progressive firm with an expanding UK footprint is looking to appoint an ambitious Property Litigation Associate or Senior Associate to join their team in Oxford.
As part of this dedicated, partner led team, you'll benefit from excellent supervision and development as well as the opportunity to broaden your experience as a property litigator. The team is well respected and handles a range of matters including:-
Business lease renewals
Forfeiture
Dilapidations
Repair obligations
Recovery of rent arrears and service charges
Possession proceedings
Recovery of land from unlawful occupiers
Adverse possession
Boundary disputes
You will ideally be a solicitor or associate at least 2+ years PQE and with strong exposure to property litigation work under your belt. This could be in either commercial property disputes or in a mix of commercial and residential matters. Due to the structure of the team, the firm would however be keen to speak to more experienced property disputes lawyers who may be looking for a senior associate level opening.
