Team Overview: The Property Litigation team is a highly respected and integral part of the firm's Real Estate Group. Known for its expertise in all aspects of property disputes, the team works across a wide range of sectors, offering high-quality advice and representation to clients on both commercial and residential property issues.


Position Overview: The firm is seeking a Senior Associate 5+ PQE to join its Property Litigation team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a varied and complex caseload, providing expert legal advice to clients, and driving the team's continued success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse range of property litigation matters, including disputes involving land, leases, tenancy agreements, and property-related claims.
  • Providing high-quality legal advice to clients, including large corporations, landlords, tenants, and property investors.
  • Representing clients in court, tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution forums, including mediation and arbitration.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their business and strategic objectives, tailoring advice accordingly.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and trainees, providing guidance and support in their development.
  • Contributing to the firm's business development efforts by participating in client meetings, preparing presentations, and developing strong client relationships.
  • Collaborating with other departments within the firm, including real estate, construction, and corporate, to provide a holistic service to clients.
