Property Litigation Solicitor

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a growing Property Litigation team in Norwich. This team is already recognised across East Anglia for the high quality work done in the team, and they are looking to expand.

The opportunity is one to join a successful property litigation team, including working with lawyer who have joined from City firms. You will handle a range of both commercial and residential property disputes for a wide range of clients including individuals, partnerships, trusts, registered landlords, housebuilders, and corporate clients in both the public and private sectors.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Ideally between 1 and 5 years PQE
  • Experience in Property Litigation and Real Estate Disputes
  • Experienced in the litigation process and keen to build on this

Please note, applications will be considered from those candidates who have some experience of handling property disputes as part of a wider litigation caseload, but who are looking to specialise.
