Our client, a well-known top tier Scottish firm, has a great opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded lawyer to join its successful funds practice.

You will play a pivotal role in keeping the team's knowledge ahead of the game and ensuring best practice is adhered to. You will provide education, knowledge and ideas and continuously enhance this teams' status.

Working closely with Partners, you will keep them up to date with legal developments to ensure clients are provided with the best counsel and service.

The firm operates an open and collaborative culture and offers excellent benefits. The ideal person will have a solid background in funds, corporate or banking transactional UK law work and this role can be based anywhere in the UK.
