About the firm
A leading commercial law firm, who advise a wide range of clients on complex real estate finance issues, are seeking to hire a 1-3 PQE Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join their practice.

The Role
You will be involved in all aspects of real estate work with a particular focus on real estate finance. You will work on commercial property transactions and the financing of property both for lenders and borrowers, including development finance as well as certain types of specialist structured finance.

As part of this, you will work with a wide variety of investors, developers, occupiers and financiers based in the UK and overseas

About you

• You will be a 1-3 PQE lawyer, admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, with experience gained from a city or regional practice.
• You will have previous extensive experience of managing a varied caseload to include residential and commercial property transactions, and property financing.
