This global practice is seeking to recruit a real estate solicitor to the Legal 500 ranked and hugely reputable real estate team in Manchester. This real estate team is part of a wider global team at this recognised practice.

This firm and real estate offering will see you working for a number of occupier and investor clients. You'll work as part of a large team, with access and exposure to your global colleagues and counterparts. In addition, depending on PQE, you will have responsibility for managing and mentoring a small team.

This position is perfect for someone wanting to push towards Legal Director and Partnership due to the structure of the current team.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Ideally over 3 years PQE
• Experienced in real estate, ideally from a recognised practice locally
• Looking for a challenging workload of matters, and be keen to experience first hand client contact.
• Be an excellent communicator
