Our client is an International law firm who seek to recruit an Associate/ Senior Associate to join their existing Real Estate team in Birmingham.

Firm/ Team:

- Chambers and Legal 500 ranked - Top Tier

• Particular expertise in Residential development projects and both immediate and strategic land development.
• This includes conditional contracts, promotion, option and hybrid agreements, overage and ransom arrangements, development agreements, collaboration agreements, serviced site transactions, as well as company sales and purchases.
• Acting for housebuilders, land promoters, land owners and master developers. - Also have extensive experience in acting jointly for multiple housebuilders developing in consortium on large scale strategic sites and urban extensions

Candidate Requirements:

- 2-8 years PQE gained at a reputable firm

• Experienced in handling Commercial Real Estate matters
• Experienced in handing Development matters is desirable but not essential
• Keen to develop business

Salary/ Package:

- £66,000 - £78,000

• Competitive bonus structure
