The firm now seeks to appoint a residential conveyancing lawyer with a minimum of 2 years experience in residential property to join the department. With ideally experience of handling residential sales, purchases, disposals, remortgages and transfers of equity relating to freehold and leasehold and development properties, you'll bring strong client management skills and knowledge of SDLT. Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors or legal executives / licensed conveyancers with the requisite conveyancing experience.
