We're on the lookout for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a highly respected financial advisory group based in Cheltenham and Bath. Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule client meetings
  • Collaborate closely with Financial Advisors to provide proactive assistance
  • Communicate with affluent and high-net-worth clients to ensure a seamless process and positive experience
  • Assemble meeting materials for Advisors before client meetings
  • Raise invoices where required
  • Database management
