Senior Associate Solicitor - Residential Property HNW

Job description

A top 50 practice and team of over 60 fee earners across the UK is looking to continue to expand and strengthen their Residential Property department by the appointment of a Senior Associate in their Norwich team.

The Norwich team currently comprises six fee earners and three Assistants working alongside team-wide support pools (file opening and completions).

This is a challenging and varied role which would see you play a crucial part in developing and growing their already successful practice, with a focus on high end and complex matters within Norwich and the surrounding market place.

The firm are ranked within the Top 50 in the UK, have a flexible hybrid policy, as well as generous bonus schemes, genuine WLB and a market leading benefits package.

For this role the ideal candidate would be -

  • 6+ PQE
  • Experience in HNW Residential matters
  • Proven experience within BD and client development and/or an established client following
  • Experience with managing and assisting development of junior team members
