We've been retained to lead the search for a Corporate / Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney with first class experience of advising on private equity backed or private M&A deals that would be interested in moving into broking representations and warranties insurance.

The business operates in the premium space (50m - £10bn +) advising heavyweight private equity funds, buyers and sellers on R&W policies globally.

You will have a solid corporate M&A legal foundation from a recognised law firm and be comfortable around traditional mergers and acquisitions risks.
