The business advises heavyweight private equity funds, buyers and sellers on the procurement of warranty and indemnity insurance for complex and multi-jurisdictional deals. The team are considered the natural choices for buyers and sellers looking to adopt W&I on transactions across the Nordics. We are looking to talk to a technically astute, senior attorney with appetite to move into a role which utilises his or her technical legal and commercial skill-set within a transactional environment.
