Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on employee relations, ensuring smooth conflict resolution and employee support.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive and implement change programs.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices.
  • Champion initiatives designed to boost employee engagement and retention.
  • Oversee HR administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage and guide HR Advisors to foster a high-performing HR team.

Ideal Candidate: We're looking for someone with a background in financial services who has a proven track record of managing HR teams.
