Senior IFA Administrator

Job description

My client is a Chartered Holistic IFA practice based near Solihull in Warwickshire who manage over £750million in client assets.

The role is for a Senior Administrator to join a friendly and welcoming team who regularly attend social and charity events.

Details of the role:

  • Arranging and booking meetings for a team of Financial Planners
  • Working closely with advisers and clients to deliver the proposition
  • Processing new business, generating illustrations and valuations
  • Working closely with management team


Candidate requirements:

  • The successful candidate will have a background as a Financial Planning / IFA Administrator
  • Be a team player
  • Opportunity to take further exams all paid for and progression if required
  • Knowledge of Intelliflo ideal but not essential
