Our client is a national law firm that are looking for a Senior Solicitor / Associate to join their Personal Injury team based in Edinburgh.

What you will do:

• Be responsible for supervising a team of solicitors, trainee solicitors and paralegals.
• Manage your own caseload of complex personal injury cases including RTA, public and occupier liability.
• Play a key role in developing strategy and forming the future of the practice.
• Investigate and assess liability and causation, draft relevant court documents and regularly appearing in court.

Who you are:

• Have prior personal injury/litigation experience in a similar role.
• Be comfortable working effectively as a leader.
• Ideally 2+ years PQE.
