Solicitor - Liability Claims

Job description

We are representing one of the leading personal injury firm's in Scotland who are seeking a Solicitor to join their leading Accident team.

What you will do:

  • Work closely with the Partner who is an accredited specialist in personal injury.
  • Manage a diverse caseload of employers, public and occupiers liability claims in addition to application to criminal injuries compensation authority.
  • Consult with Counsel and Advocates, in addition regularly appearing at court and tribunals.
  • Support junior colleagues and play an integral role in shaping the wider practice.

Who you are:

  • Have min 3 years PQE handling liability injury claims.
  • Passionate about helping others and representing individuals who have been wronged.
  • Within commuting distance to Glasgow or Edinburgh.
