Growth: This smaller Edinburgh team have massive growth plans and the financial investment to transform them into the go to specialist accident firm.

Team: The team is headed up by a well respected Partner, they've recently hired a Deputy to support the management structure and are hiring for an individual to manage the overall running and strategic growth to grow from c.15 to 20 this financial year.

Progression: Due to the firm's current size, it's an opportunity to work very closely with the Partner, progress early in your career by being involved in management and/or business development; well suited for an ambitious individual.

Salary: The firm are paying competitively in the personal injury market, the salary advertised is a rough guide which can be increased for the right candidate. There is also an annual bonus.

Social: This firm believe in community and the benefit of socialising with your colleagues. You will work in their office full time in Edinburgh and enjoy social activities year round.

What's the day to day?

Your caseload will consist of pursuer personal injury cases resulting from road traffic accidents, employers liability and public liability. You will manage this independently and support the partner with more senior cases. You will assist in the day to day running of the team and the mentoring and supervision of junior members of the team.
