Job description

The firm:
Our client is a global law firm that are growing massively in Scotland having recently attracted exceptional Partners, Legal Directors and Solicitors from competing firms.

The team:
Two of the most respected professional negligence Partners have joined their practices to become Scotland's biggest and best team. They are both Band 1 ranked and have a complimentary client base that ensures the team are working on the highest quality of disputes.

The role:
This role is to act on behalf of predominantly solicitors and advocates across all areas of law including tax, corporate, and crofting transactions. In addition to this, you will be responsible for claims from insured clients including education institutes, construction professionals, engineers and accountants.

It is extremely interesting - you will be investigating often the most complex of legal matters! Advocacy is a craft - and one you will learn to master in both written communications and verbally.
