Gemma is proud to be the 4th longest serving employee here at IDEX; specialising in the broking and underwriting markets in the London market and Home Counties.

She conducts in-depth consultations with candidates about their career search offering honest advice on the options available and also builds strong client relationships, investing the time to really understand their needs, plans and culture.

Outside of IDEX, Gemma is Deputy Chair of the London Insurance Institute’s Young Member’s Committee, playing a key role in organising and hosting both educational and social events for young insurance professionals. She is also a keen blogger on market topics such as diversity and has been a member of the Lloyd’s choir since 2012.
