This a hybrid position with some home working available. They are located close to the rail network and also offer free car parking.

As a Commercial Account Handler, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a designated client portfolio, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

Confidently engage with clients, combining phone and face-to-face interactions, drawing on your customer service experience and knowledge of the insurer marketplace.
