Leading regional firm seeks to appoint a commercial litigation NQ solicitor to join their successful partner led team based in Birmingham.

The team handles a mix of commercial litigation work on behalf of local, regional and national clients. The partners are now keen to appoint a talented NQ solicitor to join the team to keep pace with increasing client demand. The firm is keen to speak to trainees who have already qualified or who are due to qualify in 2024 in the UK with at least one commercial disputes seat under your belt.

You'll be part of a team which handles broad ranging matters arising from all manner of commercial disputes including shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial contract disputes, warranty disputes and indemnity issues as well as matters arising from employment, construction and debt litigation. You'll advise a diverse portfolio of clients including SMEs and owner managed businesses as well as larger companies.
