The Social Housing team are thriving and are becoming one of the fastest growing and most successful department's in firm making now a very exciting time to join.

The team are seeking a driven solicitor, with a background in social housing or Commercial property / litigation who would like to specialise in this area.

This role involves:

• Managing a caseload of disrepair cases for housing associations and local authorities
• Handling possession claims, injunctions, and other housing-related matters
• Providing expert legal guidance on housing laws and tenancy issues
• Collaborating with local organisations and government bodies to create effective housing solutions

The ideal candidate would be:

• NQ-5 years PQE
• Experience or an interest in social housing legal matters
