• Client & Broker Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and clients, guiding them through the underwriting process. • Portfolio Management: Manage a profitable portfolio, identifying areas for growth while maintaining underwriting discipline..
• Strategic Risk Analysis: Continuously monitor and assess market trends, economic factors, and emerging risks, adapting underwriting strategies to maintain competitive advantage. You'll work closely with internal teams to develop and implement pricing and coverage strategies for new and existing risks.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Underwriting commercial P&C business, with a solid understanding of risk evaluation, policy structures, and pricing strategies.
• Strong Technical Knowledge: Expertise in underwriting a variety of commercial lines, including property, casualty, general liability, and excess liability. Familiarity with industry trends and emerging risks is essential.
• Relationship Building: A strong communicator who thrives on building and nurturing relationships. Your interpersonal skills will be key to building trust and influencing decisions.
