A prestigious US law firm is seeking a talented and ambitious Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its highly regarded New York office. The role offers the opportunity to work on premier real estate transactions involving some of the most iconic assets and sophisticated players in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in complex acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and leasing transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate key real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, development agreements, and loan documents.
  • Conduct due diligence and manage closings for high-value, often multi-jurisdictional deals.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and cross-practice teams to deliver strategic advice.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1-4 years of experience in commercial real estate law at a leading law firm.
  • Strong understanding of real estate finance, development, and transactional work.
  • JD from a top-tier law school and admitted to the New York Bar.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Commercial acumen, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
