Corporate Associate (M&A, Private Equity)

Job description

An international law firm with offices across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Africa, are recruiting for a Corporate Associate (2-4 PQE) to join it's corporate team in London.

About the Role:

You will join the team, working with seasoned M&A lawyers, where you will advise clients on an array of corporate matters, including, mergers & acquisition (private and public), private equity, corporate re-organisations, joint ventures and corporate governance.

This will service multinational clients across a range of industries including; consumer goods & retail, energy, mining & infrastructure, financial institutions, health-care & life sciences, private equity, technology & media.

Qualifications:

You will be a qualified solicitor 2- 4 years PQE (post-qualification experience), with a proven track record of advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters.
