This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious corporate solicitor to work with an enviable client base, working on behalf of major listed businesses, PLCs, owner managed businesses, partnerships and start-ups across a range of sectors.

The successful candidate will be;

• Ideally a qualified solicitor with between 3 - 7 years PQE - although applications will be considered from strong corporate solicitors outside of this range
• Experienced in dealing with a range of corporate matters including transactional M&A, Private Equity or ECM
• Ambitious and driven, and looking to progress from associate to senior associate and beyond!
