Are you a talented NQ (Newly Qualified) or mid-level associate with a passion for capital markets and derivatives?


We are a leading international law firm in London seeking an ambitious and commercially-minded lawyer to join our thriving Capital Markets & Derivatives practice.


In this role, you will:

  • Gain experience on a wide range of complex, high-profile capital markets and derivatives transactions for a prestigious global clientele
  • Work alongside leading partners and talented associates on innovative and market-shaping deals
  • Assist with drafting, negotiating, and closing a variety of capital markets transactions, including structured products, securitizations, and derivatives
  • Conduct legal research, prepare due diligence materials, and manage client communications
  • Develop your legal and commercial skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment


We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A minimum of NQ (Newly Qualified) status with up to 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a capital markets or derivatives practice
  • A strong academic background in law
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment
  • A strong work ethic and a desire to excel
