Financial Planning Manager

Are you an experienced leader of Financial Advisors?

Have you developed, trained and mentored individuals to be the best they can be?

Can you evidence success in new business development (both internal and externally)?

An admired Financial Planning practice are looking to hire such an individual to support the Head of Financial Planning for their London/Home Counties operation

Key facets of the position:

  • Managing a team of circa 10 Financial Advisor
  • Training, development and coaching
  • Motivating and inspiring advisers to high performance levels and the best client outcomes and service
  • Identifying and implementing new lines of business development whilst giving the Advisors the skills and support to develop their own revenues

Growth

  • Recruitment: Being able to spot and attract the best experienced talent in the market.
  • Earmark future stars and implement the correct development structure to allow them to flourish

Client Experience

  • Ensure that ethical, compliant and client centric service is provided at all stages of the advice process
  • Ensure Advisors are up to date with any changes in legislation, regulation and that consumer duty requirements are adhered to.


Who do we want to speak to?

  • Highly successful and experienced financial planning professionals who can demonstrate success in motivating and growing a team of Financial Advisors
  • Someone who can develop internal stakeholder relationships so that cross-referral business becomes the norm and not the exception
  • Extra points if you have experience within an Investment Management/DFM business model
  • Gravitas/professionalism/authenticity/entrepreneurialism
  • Someone who is ready for a challenge and able to take on the pressures of being one of the key individuals within in the next growth cycle of this organisation
