We've been retained by a global insurance group to lead the search for an M&A Associate the join the in-house team - the team focus on leading due diligence on internal M&A opportunities for the group and specifically focused toward insurance vehicles. The Group has an aggressive growth plan and the scope of the role is international. We are keen to speak with Big 4 professionals with insurance, FIG or financial services experience from Deal Advisory or Transaction Advisory Services Teams. A conversational second language would be advantageous.
