They are now hiring for a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive the sales efforts of a busy SME insurance division.
In this role, you will lead a team of sales representatives, develop and implement sales strategies, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the insurance business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Team Leaders and sales representatives
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling campaigns and offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance partners
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales manager in the insurance industry, ideally within a high volume contact centre
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and market trends
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance partners
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Certification or qualification in insurance or willingness to work towards
