The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IP Litigation lawyer with a strong track record in FRAND (Fair, Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory) matters to join our growing team in London. You will play a key role in all stages of patent litigation, with a particular focus on FRAND disputes arising from standard-essential patents (SEPs).
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of patent litigation matters, from pre-action advice to trial and beyond.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies for clients involved in FRAND disputes.
- Conduct complex legal research and prepare persuasive written advocacy.
- Manage client relationships and keep them informed of developments.
- Work collaboratively with senior lawyers and colleagues in other disciplines.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years of PQE.
- Strong experience in IP litigation, with a proven track record in FRAND matters.
- In-depth knowledge of UK and European patent law, including SEP licensing.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
