Job description
Exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join a highly rated Intellectual Property team in Exeter, or Bristol within an award winning Top 100 practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to develop their career further whilst building strong relationships within a UK and international client base.
The ideal candidate will have some experience working as a Paralegal in Intellectual Property/Trade Marks but candidates with a demonstrable interest in this area and a passion to learn and develop a career in a fast paced environment will also be considered.
Some of the main areas you will be working in include:
- Assist in the administration of the Trade Mark database
- Assist with due diligence reports and Trade Mark clearance searches
- Support fee earners on litigation matters
- Assist in managing anti-counterfeiting cases for major brands
- Offer further support to fee earners on other complex matters
