Litigation Associate

Job description

Boutique litigation firm in London seeks a talented Litigation Associate with 1-4 years PQE to join our growing insurance practice. We are a highly regarded firm known for our exceptional client service and expertise in handling complex insurance disputes.


The Role:

  • Manage a varied caseload of insurance and reinsurance disputes, from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for court hearings.
  • Work collaboratively with partners and other associates to develop winning strategies.
  • Provide excellent client service, keeping them informed and managing expectations.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the insurance practice.


You Are:

  • A highly motivated and results-oriented lawyer with a strong academic background.
  • Possess a minimum of 1-4 years PQE with demonstrable experience in insurance litigation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A strong written and oral communicator with the ability to handle complex legal matters with clarity and conciseness.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.


Bonus Points:

  • Experience in international insurance disputes.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial spirit.
